Last night 1 hour before closing , an employee prepared our bubble milk teas in 60 seconds without sugar despite me saying 50% sugar. Way different than their original taste. If you cannot provide same taste all the way through, please don’t. Preparation normally takes much longer with a great taste. What a disappointment.

Would highly recommend their oreo milktea and hk chocolate egg waffle!!! Best customer service ever!!! The interior so pleasing to my eyes... aesthetically wise, you’d be wanting to sit here and chill. 11/10 rating for this cafe here in rosedale..

Everyone is really nice, the bubble tea is the best. The furniture is so nice! Love how fast the bubble tea comes up, and would go here every day if I could! :)

Zha Zha Tea provides a delicious and a well made milk tea. I had cream cheese tea and my partner had the brown sugar tea and both are delicious. Dave and Jessica together with their staff is really approachable and easy to deal. I recommend this milk tea shop and we will be back the soonest. All the best Dave and Jessica.

Found this place by accident while driving and thought I should give it a try. The tea is pretty good, they have a decent of selection ranging from tea, fruit tea, and milk tea. Price is not too bad, pretty similar to other milk tea joints. Other than that, their interior is pretty nice.
